Currently, most of our packages are sent via ground shipping either through Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, GLS or other carriers in your region. If the final amount of your order exceeds €50, you will qualify for free shipping upon checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom as of February 18th. We currently offer 2 types of shipping service: Standard (2-3 days) and Expedited (1-2 days). Our warehouse hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and orders are fulfilled on the next business day after an order is received.

We are currently unable to accept returns for orders placed on EU.Makartt.com. Makartt and its subsidiaries implement high standards of quality in our manufacturing process, however, if you believe you have received a faulty product, please e-mail us at info@makartt.com with a photo of product issue and we'd be happy to send you a replacement at no cost.
